See if your college has a Gender Expression Fund here. If it doesn’t, you can put forward a motion to create one, or apply to the university-wide one funded by the LGBTQ+ Society. If any of the information for your college is out of date, you can let us know here.
As for changing your details in the university system:

As for changing your details in the university system:
- You can update your preferred first name on Student Self Service here.
- This will allow you to apply for a new email address by contacting IT Services here.
- You can usually ask your College Office for a new Bod card with your preferred name and/or updated photo.
- You can talk to the Porter’s Lodge to change the name on your pigeon hole.
- You can change your preferred gender marker and/or title (including to NULL (no title) or Mx) by contacting the Academic Records Office at [email protected].
- You can change your name on your student record by sending a deed poll or statutory declaration (for UK students) or updated passport (for international students) to your College Office, which will mean your degree certificate is printed with your correct name.
